Christmas in Gruver

We did a lot of traveling over the holidays to spend Alex's first Christmas with both our families. Our first stop was in Shamrock (half way to Gruver) where Alex got to meet his great Grandmommy Hayes. We really enjoyed spending time with Grandmommy and hope to see her again real soon! Our second stop was Gruver where we got to spend almost a week. We visited with Matt's parents and Burr and Angela and the kids. We also got to see Brad, Weslyn, Charlee and Edee while we were there. Unfortunately we ended the week with Matt and I coming down with a 24 hour stomach bug. However, we were grateful to have family around to help us take care of Alex while we were sick.
